All of our items are custom-made and crafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created and dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information to follow its journey to you.
II. Shipping Time and Cost
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, most orders within India will take an additional 3 to 7 days to arrive, depending on your location and local postal service.
- Shipping Cost: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Shipping Cut-Off Time
Our shipping cut-off time is 5 pm (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day.

IV. Lost or Delayed Orders
For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date to info@soothinginteriors.com If the shipping address was accurately provided, Soothing Interiors will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order.
